LC Companionship on Monday is a mixture of discussion and nurturing activities. One-two people share an issue they are wanting support in and the group offers that support in the way of witnessing, validation, and resources. The second half of the class we do a shared activity pulling from early childhood activities. This includes listening to soothing music, show and tell, sing-a-longs, children’s book reading, etc. This is camera on or off. We highly encourage interacting with emojis and through the chat box.
